Our Story
Prexel Bites all started back in 2015 when Sarah was asked to bring in a dessert for a company holiday party. As an event planner, she always looked for ways to wow her customers. She wanted to bring in something different, unique and possibly bite sized. Sarah thought what if a classic chocolate covered pretzel could be customized like a cupcake? After several attempts and revisions, Prexel Bites was born, and friends, family, and coworkers wanted to know how they could place custom orders for Sweet 16’s, Wedding and Bridal Showers favors, Valentines Day, Christmas, etc. So, in 2015, we announced the birth of the original chocolate covered pretzel sandwich Prexel Bites!
